Roundness and Color: Unique Ceramic Pieces
Plates brings together hand-painted ceramic pieces in which the material comes to life through brushwork, oxides, engobes, and glazes. For me they are simply round forms, although the viewer may see plates. Each piece is unique, created by the same hands that shape and decorate every surface. They arise from a deep love for the earth, nature, and ceramics as an expressive medium.
